Mentorship the F.I.T Way
Everyone has an identity from God in being made in the image of God. But believers in Christ have an identity given to them by being known by God intimately and personally as His child. Our identity, then, is a gift from God. It becomes central to who we are and affects all the other aspects of who we are as individuals.
We provide a biblically-based curriculum, "Pursuing Me through Gods Eyes," designed to facilitate students' understanding of their identity in God, recognizing how past mistakes and external influences can shape this identity, and learning strategies to reclaim their God-given identity.

Our mentorship program at Finding Identity and Truth Ministries is spiritually tailored to not only address the spiritual challenges our students may be facing, but also challenge our students to improve their educational knowledge, strive to be godly leaders in their communities, become a positive influence amongst their fellow peers, and fulfill the purpose and vision that God has placed on their lives.
Advocacy
Rooted in God's principles and Truth, the Advocacy Department's mission is to empower, uplift, and inform young girls and women as they navigate various adverse life experiences, and overcome traumatic, mental, emotional, and personal hurdles. Through community engagement, publicly accessible workshops, one on one involvement, and collaborative efforts, our focus is to give voice to the voiceless and foster a safe space where young girls and women feel seen, heard, and supported.

Within the Leadership Department at Finding Identity and Truth Ministries, our mission is to equip young girls and women with the knowledge that genuine leadership is founded on humility, relatability, accountability, reliability, and a sincere dedication to serving others, motivating them to realize their full potential and emerge as agents of positive transformation.
We strive to teach them that to be a successful leader, one must possess a teachable spirit.

We believe that academic success is deeply intertwined with spiritual identity, and our goal is to walk alongside young women as they pursue both educational excellence and the divine purpose God has placed within them.
